What We Don’t Haul
We are not licensed to haul or dispose of hazardous materials, such as asbestos, chemicals, oil, oil drums, tanks, paint, or solvents. Your county recycling department can advise you on how to properly dispose of these hazardous materials!
Moving
We make moving easy for you. We can do some or all your move prep packing. We can move one item for you or completely move your entire residential or commercial home, property, or estate.
There is no move too small or too big for us to handle. Most importantly, you experience peace of mind knowing that we are fully insured. Your precious merchandise will be safe with us!
Delivery
Let us pick up your merchandise from the store, place of purchase, warehouse, storage, garage, or anywhere you specify. We’ll deliver it right to your doorstep or preferred drop-off location.

Junk Removal
If you have stuff that needs to be hauled away, Mike-Ah-Haul-It has the place to take it.
We haul away post-eviction and foreclosure junk.
We also take charge of removing junk from estates, garages, attics, barnyards, storage units, sheds, bunkers, hoarder homes, private/commercial properties, and private/commercial businesses!
Cleaning Services
We clean and guarantee that we’re the best in the business. We do all the dirty work for you so you don’t have to. We offer two types of professional cleaning services: white glove and light glove cleaning. Molly Maid doesn't have anything on us!
White Glove Cleaning
We clean, dust, vacuum, sweep, sanitize, wipe down, and shine everything, so it’s move-in ready.
Light Glove Cleaning
We do general cleaning, sweeping, decluttering, and wiping down areas and items. It won’t be spotless, but it’ll be clean.

Our Equipment
Mike-Ah-Haul-It-LLC keeps it simple, but strong. We use a 2022 Ford F250 XLT Super Duty Crew 4x4 truck with a 6.7 bed (cargo area) for all the muscle, and a 2022 7x16 enclosed trailer for all our heavy lifting, hauling, moving, delivery, and clearing out needs.
Our trailers come equipped with all-new state-of-the-art e-tracks, d-rings, and anchors to safely and securely tie down and transport all your precious merchandise. We come to every job with all the right equipment and tools to efficiently and effortlessly get the job done the first time to your complete satisfaction.
Our Price Breakdown Analysis
Booking Fees
- Residential: 25% at the time of booking and the remaining balance once the job is complete to your satisfaction.
- Commercial: 25% at the time of booking and the remaining balance once the job is complete to your satisfaction.
- We reserve the right to charge either a $100.00 deposit fee or a 25% booking fee for all hauling, moving, and delivery services.
- We reserve the right to charge a $50 deposit fee or a 25% booking fee for all junk removal and cleaning services.
Mileage Fees
- Residential: $2.00 per mile between trips (pick-up and drop-off locations)
- Commercial: $2.00 per mile between trips (pick-up and drop-off locations)
Labor/Mike’s Muscle Fees
- Residential: $100.00 per hour; Mike's Muscle-Consists of two (2) Mike-Ah-Haul-It employees who will arrive on time and ready to work (doing anything other than dropping off or picking up or delivering items)
- Commercial: $150.00 per hour; Mike’s Muscle-Consists of two (2) Mike-Ah-Haul-It employees who will arrive on time and ready to work (doing anything other than dropping off or picking up or delivering items)
Residential Moving Fees
- Studio/1 Bedroom Move (2-3 hours)
- 2 Bedroom Move (3-4 hours)
- 3 Bedrooms (4-5 hours)
- 4 Bedrooms (5-6 hours)
F250 Cargo Bed Use Fees
- Residential: Starting at $75.00 per item/load (6.75 cargo area-bed of the truck); $50.00 for each additional item loaded until the cargo area is full.
- Commercial: Starting at $150 per load (6.75 cargo area-bed of the truck)
Example A
If the customer wants us to pick up a washer from Best Buy and drop it off at their residence, we only charge the customer $75, plus $2 mileage starting from the store’s pick-up location to the customer’s residence.
Example B
If the customer wants us to pick up a washer and dryer from Best Buy and drop it off at their residence, we only charge the customer $125, plus $2 mileage from the store’s pick-up location to the customer’s residence.
There is an additional charge of $50 per item after the initial $75 fee.
- Residential: Starting at $150.00 per load (7x16 enclosed trailer)
- Commercial: Starting at $200.00 per load (7x16 enclosed trailer)
Reminders
Contract work prices vary and are negotiable. Discounts are available if you request both cargo and trailer services. Our services are available in the evenings, late nights, early mornings, weekends, holidays, and for last-minute emergencies.
Set Up Service Appointments
Select the services you need and let us know. We’ll send over our truck to pick up your merchandise for transport or delivery. Count on us to arrive on time to get junk removal or cleanup tasks done.
